Complaints: If you feel that your rights have been prejudiced, or you have been aggrieved in any way, you have the right to lodge a complaint. A copy of the complaints process is available upon request at the offices of Fundamental Investments (Pty) Ltd. You may additionally contact the complaince officer, Sashika Adsets, on 021 883 8005 or via email

• If you are unsatisfied with the internal process, you may escalate the process to the relevant Ombud (FAIS or Short Term) or if still unsatisfied to the Registrar at the Financial Services Board.
